Our bodies are quite adept at repairing themselves, and an understanding of this requires a look into the whole self and not just focusing on the symptomology.
We utilize methods that aid in the facilitation of the body's natural healing ability with modalities like acupuncture, E-stim, herbal medicine, clinical nutrition, natural injections, and bodywork therapy, such as tuina, guasha, and cupping.
Proper nutrition is a key element in not only our physical health but our mental well-being as well. There is a direct relationship between the gut and the brain in which nutrition plays a vital role. Too many toxins and artificial ingredients have invaded our food supply which is wreaking havoc on our health. We'll support you with the knowledge you need in order to aid the body in its natural healing mechanisms.
The connection between the mind and the body and the effect it has on our health is foundationally important in our overall well-being. Negative emotions such as anxiety, depression, and anger can adversely affect our physical health while positive emotions such as love, humor, and optimism can serve to improve our health and increase longevity.
